Thanks for shopping with HotY Activewear! We’re delighted you chose us and hope you enjoy the benefits of every purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, HotY offers a frictionless return policy with details for returning clothing and supplements below:


Clothing Return Policy (7 Weeks)


You have 7 weeks (49 days) from delivery to return clothing items.

  • Eligibility: Clothing must be in like-new condition (no stains, tears, or defects). Tags and original packaging are appreciated but not required.
  • Timeframe: Contact us within 49 days from delivery.
  • Process:
  1. Email serve@hot-y.com to start your return, including pictures of the front and back of the clothing.
  2. Package the item securely (original packaging is ideal if you have it).
  3. Use the prepaid shipping label we provide.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Exchanges: Need a different size or color? Let us know in your email, and we’ll arrange an exchange if the item is in stock.

Supplements Return Policy (7 Days)

You have 7 days from delivery to return supplements.

  • Eligibility: Supplements must be unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.
  • Timeframe: Reach out within 7 days from delivery.
  • Process:
  1. Email serve@hot-y.com to initiate your return, including pictures of the supplement packaging.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Use the prepaid shipping label we provide.
  • Refunds: After we receive and verify your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Exchanges: We don’t offer exchanges for supplements. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

Additional Information

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If an item is defective or incorrect, email serve@hot-y.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll cover all shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund quickly.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and personalized items cannot be returned, but we’ll assist if there’s an issue.
  • U.S. Customers Only: This return policy applies to customers in the United States.
  • Giving Back: After the return window closes (49 days for clothing, 7 days for supplements), 10% of your purchase supports Both Hands, a nonprofit dedicated to helping widows and orphans. Your purchase makes a difference!
