Welcome to HotY Activewear. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, hot-y.com (“Website”), and any purchases made through it (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please review them carefully, along with our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. 1. Purchases and Payments

  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to our approval. We may cancel orders due to inventory shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, with prompt notification and a refund if applicable.
  • Pricing: All prices are in U.S. dollars and include free standard shipping for U.S. orders. Applicable sales taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and select digital payment methods (e.g., PayPal), processed through secure payment systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Billing Errors: In the event of a billing discrepancy, we will issue a refund or contact you to resolve the matter. Please report billing issues to serve@hot-y.com within 30 days.
  • Age Restriction: Purchases are restricted to individuals aged 18 or older.

2. Returns and Refunds

We are committed to your satisfaction and offer a straightforward return process:

  • Clothing: Returns are accepted within 7 weeks (49 days) from the date of delivery if items are in like-new condition (free of stains, tears, or defects). Include photos of the front and back of the clothing when requesting a return.
  • Supplements: Unopened, sealed supplements in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days from delivery. Include photos of the packaging with your request.
  • Process:
    1. Contact serve@hot-y.com to initiate a return, including the required photos.
    2. Package the item securely, preferably in its original packaging.
    3. Use the prepaid shipping label provided by HotY Activewear.
  • Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Exchanges: Clothing exchanges for different sizes or colors are available, subject to inventory availability. Exchanges for supplements are not available.

  • Charitable Contribution: After the return window closes (49 days for clothing, 7 days for supplements), 10% of your purchase proceeds will be donated to Both Hands, a nonprofit supporting widows and orphans.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Free Shipping: All orders within the United States include free standard shipping, with delivery typically within 3-7 business days from order confirmation.
  • Delivery Risks: HotY Activewear is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors (e.g., weather conditions), but we will assist in resolving delivery issues. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
  • U.S. Only: We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

4. Product Use and Disclaimers

  • Activewear: Our activewear is designed for exercise and casual use. Please adhere to care instructions (e.g., washing guidelines) to maintain product quality. HotY Activewear is not liable for damage resulting from improper use or care.
  • Supplements: Our dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional prior to use, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication. Products may contain allergens; please review labels carefully. HotY Activewear is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from supplement use.
  • FDA Disclaimer: Statements regarding supplements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
  • Availability: Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute or cancel items if out of stock, with a refund issued for unavailable items.

5. Website Use

  • Access: You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized activities, such as data scraping, hacking, or actions that impair site functionality, are strictly prohibited.
  • Intellectual Property: All content on the Website, including logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of HotY Activewear or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or use of this content without written permission is prohibited.
